How can I get support?

A helpdesk with dedicated supporters are ready to answer you proNestor questions.

Our help desk is open monday-friday from 9am-4pm CET.

What are the technical requirements?

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or newer.

If you want to use our proNestor Booking for Outlook add-in we require that you uses Microsoft Outlook 2003 or 2007.

The Outlook needs to be configured towards Microsoft Exchange.

 


Is proNestor Booking safe and reliable? Where is data hosted?

All services are hosted in a stable and secure environment. All data is backup nightly and written to instantly to multiple disks.

All data is kept separate, so each customer gets their own SQL database. We take all precautions to keep your information safe and secure.

 

Can we install proNestor on our own servers?

If you require your own of installation, you need our enterprise installation - please see www.pronestor.com for more information regarding this.

 

Can we use your services with hosted Microsoft Exchange?

Yes - we support any kind of hosted Exchange. We don't require any access to the server, so it is very simple. If you have Exchange in some form, we support it.
