How do I sign up?

Choose the "Order Now" for the desired package above and fill out the order form. An e-mail will be mailed to you with information on how to launch your new proNestor Booking Online solution. 

Can I get an On-premise installation?

If your requirements go beyond the scope of proNestor Booking Online then you can read all about proNestor Booking Enterprise here.

What is contained in each support level?

Bronze includes mail/web support with up to 5 days response time.
Silver includes mail/web support with up to 3 days response time.
Gold includes mail/web support with a 24 hours response time and optional phone support ($50 per 15 min.).

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

You can use proNestor Booking Online as a pay-as-you-go subscription service. There are no long term contracts or commitments - you simply pay for 3 months at a time for as long as you need.

You can cancel your subscription at any time - please see the subscription terms.

Can I upgrade/downgrade at any time?

Yep. Just send us an e-mail and we will adjust your account settings.

Multiple company-support?

The proNestor Online Booking does only allow 1 company domain. If you require the solution to be used by more than one company, please contact sales for more information regarding this.

The free version has limited service - what does that mean to me?

Your database is backed up twice a week (Tuesday and Friday) and not every day as a paying customer.

The servers running the free version are shared among many customers and you may experience longer response times in peak hours. We will however do what we can to minimize this.

You cannot add modules like the the LCD Booking, export functionality and advanced statistic reports.

All support is by e-mail and there are no guranteed maximum response time.
