Order via your Microsoft Outlook calendar

1. Fully integrated with Microsoft Outlook


Microsoft Outlook is fully supported, so you can book conference rooms, AV-equipment and food and beverages in a single process for your Outlook appointment.

Resheduling, repeating or deleting appointments in Outlook will automatically be reflected in proNestor - so there is no need to do the same thing in two different applications.

2. Orders from Outlook are visible on the intranet

 

All your orders of room, equipment and food and beverages will be visible in both Outlook and in your web browser.

All parties - the reception desk, internal services and the kitchen can see and update your orders using a web browser. This can be done even though the orders have been booked using Outlook.

Simple reporting and system setup

1. Administration and settings


Easy configuration and administration of proNestor Booking is available via your web browser. The many possibilities in proNestor are simple and easy to setup and use through the administration module.

proNestor Booking offers a variety of functions that can be configured, such as user rights, ordering and payment restrictions, meeting resources (e.g. rooms and food and beverages) and export of expense data to financial systems and analysis.

2. Functions and reports

 
Special functions for various departments are available to support their specific needs. It is easy for the kitchen to get an overview of current orders and to any handle changes to. All resource editing such as prices, images, descriptions, ordering rules and deadlines, etc. are also controlled by the kitchen itself.

A complete report module ensures that all of the necessary reports (e.g. order and delivery forms) can be printed by the kitchen or saved to PDF/Excel.

Additional modules

proNestor Info System

Display meeting information on electronic signs and screens outside each conference room. All information can also be presented on one big screen in the reception for general information.

The information comes directly from proNestor Booking and is displayed with the proNestor Info System.
