Subscription Terms

Cancellation
The customer may cancel an order free of charge for a period of 14 days after ordering. Cancellation shall
be sent by letter or e-mail (info@pronestor.com).

Payment
The subscription takes force at the time of ordering and runs for 3 months at a time. The first invoicing
period runs from the date of order until the end of a calendar quarter. The subscription is subsequently
invoiced quarterly in advance.
